Begin preparing gear for travel now to reduce stress and assure the easiest departure from the Summit.
Today's Flag Ceremony
The state flags of the BSA Southern region are displayed starting at 8 a.m. and retired at 8 p.m. alongside the flags of the U.S. and the Summit.
Breakfast: Bagels, cream cheese, cereal, milk, fresh apples and orange juice.
Lunch: Beef deli bites, white-cheddar chips, trail bars, fruit strips, nut-n-yogurt trail mix, Oreo cookie sandwich, and citric splash drink mix.
Dinner: Beef stew, biscuits, extra beef (for the stew or to be served separately) and vegetables, cherry pie and Gatorade.
Breakfast: English muffins, eggs, ham, American Cheese, oranges, apple juice and milk.
Lunch: Peanut butter, jelly, crackers, cheddar cheese on cracker-chips, fruit bars, pineapple cups, trail mix, fruit snacks and pink lemonade drink mix.
Dinner: Beef hot dogs, chili, ketchup, mustard, macaroni salad, carrot sticks with ranch dressing, apple pie and Gatorade.

During past jamborees about one million gallons of water were used daily. The current use of water is about one-fourth that of previous jamborees.
